Motimail provides professional email infrastructure services including email hosting, transactional email delivery, webmail access, and related tools for businesses and developers.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accounts must not be shared with third parties without our explicit permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Email Sending Policies
All email sending through Motimail must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable anti-spam laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our email sending policies without prior notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Motimail and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motimail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
